Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item was shipped by common carrier, inspect packaging for visible damage before the driver leaves. Make a notation on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt) of any damaged observed. If your product was damaged in shipment it is important t file a claim with the shipper quickly. Please call us to discuss warranty claim issues at (800) 352-6609. Tarps and Canopies: We promise to repair or replace our tarps or canopies within thirty days of purchase if defective in materials or workmanship. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, wind, snow, fire, misuse or any act of God, nor does this limited warranty cover damage resulting from the tarp or canopy not having been securely fastened down nor from improper installation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the tarp or canopy, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES: We make no warranties, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Specifically, the Warranty of Merchantability and the Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose are excluded. Heating and Cooling Units: Most heaters and cooling units are covered by the manufacture’s one year limited warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product is not covered under warranty. Product, at the option of the manufacture will either replaced or repaired free of charge if it has been proven to be defective within the 1 year warranty period and is returned at customer expense with proof of purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the heater, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. Portable Garages and Storage Sheds: On most ClearSpan Class IV structures: Three-year warranty for new ClearSpan frame products. Fifteen-year warranty for new ClearSpan roof covers. On most ClearSpan Class VIII structures: Three-year warranty for new ClearSpan frame products. One-year warranty for new ClearSpan roof covers. A. Warranty: Engineering Services and Products Company (“Engineering Services”) warrants that the new ClearSpan™ frame products manufactured by Engineering Services will (1) conform in all material respects to the catalogue description published by Engineering Services at the time of the sale, and (2) will be free from manufacturing defects. This warranty shall extend for three (3) years from the date of shipment by Engineering Services. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE FRAME IS NOT FIRE RATED. ADDITIONALLY, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF SNOW-LOAD OR WIND-LOAD UNLESS BUYER HAS RECEIVED STAMPED ENGINEERING DRAWINGS WITH THE STRUCTURE, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FRAME WILL COMPLY WITH LOCAL OR STATE BUILDING CODES IN BUYER’S LOCATION. B. The Warranty Does NOT Apply if: The warranty does not apply if any of the following occur: a. The structure has not been properly anchored to the ground; b. The frame product is not currently in the possession and control of the original purchaser; c. The product has been altered or modified, or has been used for a purpose not approved by Engineering Services; d. The damage arises from a failure to maintain the frame in accordance with Engineering Services’s maintenance instructions; e. The damage arises from improper installation; f. The damage arises from an accident, falling objects, exposure to harmful chemicals, fumes or other substances, either foreign or natural, or results from “Acts of God,” including but not limited to hail, flooding, ice, snow, or wind. g. The frame is not covered with a roof cover not approved by Engineering Services. NOR DOES ENGINEERING SERVICES GUARANTEE THAT THE ROOF COVER WILL NOT FADE Bollard Covers: Our Bollard Covers come with a limited 5 Year Warranty against cracking and fading.
